How buying works
- Pay on Payhip, with a card or PayPal.
- Your licence key appears on the receipt and arrives in the email Payhip sends.
- Open the Tabsafe popup and find the box that says "Have a key?".
- Paste the key and press Activate.
One key works on up to 3 browsers. A pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so nothing renews.

- Is Tabsafe free?
- Yes. Free keeps automatic snapshots of open windows, tabs and groups for 14 days, plus a log of closed tabs for 14 days. You can restore a tab, group, window or whole snapshot, search across all of it, keep 5 named sessions, back up to a file and restore from one, and import OneTab text and Session Buddy JSON, with no account.
- What does Pro add?
- History kept for 365 days, scheduled backup files (daily or weekly) written to your Downloads folder outside the browser profile, export of the full history as JSON, HTML or OneTab text, compare, unlimited named sessions with folders, and a weekly report on tab clutter.
- Does Pro renew automatically?
- No. A Pro pass is €12 for a year or €29 once. It ends on its own and nothing renews.
- What happens to my history when Pro ends?
- Older entries stay stored, up to 365 days, and are listed again when Pro returns. Free lists the last 14 days.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. New installs get 7 days of Pro with no card.
- How much does Pro cost?
- €12 for one year or €29 once for Pro forever, paid through Payhip.
- How does buying work?
